As a busy mom of two young children, Anjuli Marshall knows firsthand the challenges of keeping her family fueled with healthy snacks while constantly on the go. Juggling school drop-offs, sports practices, and family outings left Anjuli frustrated with the lack of nutritious, convenient food options. She found herself staring at vending machines filled with preservative-packed, sugary snacks that offered little value to her family’s health.
Determined to create a solution, Anjuli took matters into her own hands and launched SnackSmart — a company born from her deep desire to help families make healthier choices without sacrificing convenience. With a background in journalism and business, and a heart for wellness, she envisioned SnackSmart as more than just vending machines. It’s a movement toward accessible, wholesome snacks that parents can trust and kids will love.
