Anjuli Marshall is a wife and mom to 2 young children who sometimes need to rely on vending machines as her family is always on the go. The problem is that most vending machines are stocked with unhealthy, food-color-laden, preservative-filled, sugar-coated foods that offer little to no nutritional value for her family. When finding quick, healthy foods for her very mobile, busy family became nearly impossible, this mom decided to start her own vending machine business that offers healthy, yummy snacks that parents can feel good about feeding their children.
